Founder of Exemplary Learning Opportunities and the heart behind Anchored
With 18 years in education, I've served as a teacher, coach, and school leader. Through these experiences, I've developed a deep understanding of the day-to-day realities educators navigate and what it takes to stay grounded in demanding environments.
My work is centered on supporting educators as people—creating space to reflect, process challenges, and move forward with clarity and intention.
